If you believe in Feng Shui, perform a ritual to clear out the negativity and invite in the positivity once you have completed your HDB key collection. Do check with your preferred Feng Shui master to have the items ready.

2. Ensure the keys are working

Unless you want to end up frustrated or upset at the inconvenience. Do ensure all your keys are in great working condition. That means locks can be unlocked easily and smoothly. Even the keys to your letter box must be checked properly to avoid future hustles or groans.

3. Crystal clear and clean

Before living in your new flat, you need to get rid of the mess that your flat is currently in. The dust and dirt make it the opposite of family friendly. There are numerous cleaning services with an affordable budget.
