Terms & Conditions​​ for YallowGift Redemption

Gift(s) are subject to availability and while stocks last at participating home supplier's store/ showroom. YallowBox reserves the right to replace any gift with another item, regardless of value.

 

Gifts(s) are not exchangeable for cash or other items, in full or in part. Redemption terms and conditions apply.

YallowBox will not be responsible for and will not replace any lost, stolen and/or damaged Gift(s).

​

YallowBox makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Gift(s). Any dispute about the Gift(s) must be resolved directly with the supplier of the Gift(s). YallowBox is not liable for any injury, death, claim, loss or damage whatsoever arising in connection with the Gift(s).

Homeowners who have completed house renovation are not eligible for YallowGift redemption.

Homeowners must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for YallowGift redemption:

​

1. Signed up a renovation contract with any of our participating ID firms. (Please refer to the list of participating ID firms below.)

2. Upload a copy of the signed renovation contract on YallowGift Redemption page.

3. Like & Follow any of our YallowBox's social media page. (Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/YallowBoxSG) , Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/yallowbox/) and Telegram (https://t.me/YallowBoxSG))

4. YallowGift redemption must be submitted within 45 days from the date of renovation contract.

5. YallowBox will contact homeowners to notify the collection details.

6. Homeowner is required to make an appointment for the Gift(s) collection with respective supplier(s).

7. All Gift(s) collection is only available at the suppliers' store/ showroom at standard operating hours, subjected to stock availability.

8. Homeowner is required to attend a product orientation session at the supplier's store/ showroom prior to the collection.

Each household is entitled to claim one Gift or Gift bundle only.

​

Homeowner eligible for more than one YallowGift can only claim the same gift once from each participating vendor.

​

The Gift(s) must be collected within 45 days from the date of YallowBox's notification via email or WhatsApp, failing which the Gift(s) will be deemed unclaimed and will be forfeited.

Upon redeeming the Gift(s), it is deemed that the customer has understood and agreed with the terms and conditions set from YallowBox. Gift(s) redeemed is excluding delivery and installation services.

YallowBox reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
